The Northridge Montessori School offers an exceptional educational program that
combines a wide range of social activities with a broad academic curriculum. Our
program is designed for the 2 to 6 year old child based upon the philosophy of Doctor
Maria Montessori.

Latest research indicates that Montessori Education Provides Better Outcomes than
Traditional Methods. In addition to our strong academic curriculum, we offer
extracurricular activities:
Music Lessons, French Language Classes, Parent concerts, Field Trips, Yoga
Lessons, Soccer!

We are located at 2185 Stavebank Road, Mississauga, ON, L5C 1T3; near the

doors open at 7.30am & close at 6.00pm Monday through Friday.

The school will remain closed from Friday December
25, 2009 to Friday January 1, 2010 (inclusive). We will
remain open on Thursday December 24, 2009.
Our program provides a complete curriculum that enables the optimal growth of children in all areas,
including social, emotional, physical & cognitive development. Our students are supported in a nurturing,
safe & stimulating environment that promotes self-esteem & emphasizes child-selected & child-directed
activities. Each & every student, home & family is recognized as unique. Family styles, values, cultures &
traditions are highly respected & reflected in the curriculum.

Our program fosters the development of responsibility, collaboration, cooperation & an enjoyment of
learning. We provide a firm foundation of academic learning & problem solving skills, thus stimulating
children's ideas & willingness to learn.
